What payment methods do you accept?
Currently we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders. You pay when you receive your product. We are working on adding online payment options soon.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 1-3 business days for Dhaka metro area and 3-5 business days for locations outside Dhaka. Remote areas may take 5-7 business days.
What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charge is ৳70 inside Dhaka and ৳130 outside Dhaka. We deliver within 3-5 business days.
Are your products genuine leather?
Yes, absolutely! All our products are made from 100% genuine leather. We source our materials from trusted tanneries and maintain strict quality control.
Can I check or return a product?
Yes, please check your product in front of the delivery man before making payment. Returns are accepted only at that moment — after payment, no return or exchange is possible. All our genuine leather products carry a 6-month warranty.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, all our products are 100% genuine leather and come with a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS. You can also contact our hotline at 01811465353 for order status updates.
What sizes do you offer?
We offer sizes ranging from 38 to 45 (EU sizing). Please refer to our Size Chart on the product page for exact measurements and conversion to UK/US sizes.

Keep your leather products away from direct sunlight and moisture. Clean with a soft, dry cloth. Use leather conditioner periodically to maintain the shine and softness. Avoid using harsh chemicals.
