Currently we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders. You pay when you receive your product. We are working on adding online payment options soon.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 1-3 business days for Dhaka metro area and 3-5 business days for locations outside Dhaka. Remote areas may take 5-7 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders above ৳1,500. For orders below ৳1,500, a standard shipping fee of ৳120 applies.

Yes, absolutely! All our products are made from 100% genuine leather. We source our materials from trusted tanneries and maintain strict quality control.
Can I return or exchange a product?
